Cancellation & Refunds
This page explains how to cancel a paid plan and how refund requests are handled in accordance with the public offer.
Cancellation
You can cancel auto-renewal in your account settings. The subscription remains active until the end of the paid period.

Refund requests
If you believe a payment was charged incorrectly or the service was not delivered, send a request to the legal email with details.
- Send your request to self2chat.legal@gmail.com with your account email, payment date, amount, and reason.
- We may request additional information or confirmations from the payment provider.
- We review claims within 10 business days (unless extra checks are required by the payment partner).

Processing
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method by the payment provider. Processing times depend on the provider.
Legal basis
Refunds and disputes are handled under the public offer and applicable law. Pre-trial dispute resolution is required as described in the offer.
